Yoga is being taught at the dojang on Sundays from 11:00-12:30.
Yoga is of a great benefit to taekwondo students as it increases core strength and overall flexibility.
We also now offer a 12:00 pm lunch-time class on Tuesdays and Thursdays!
Drop by during your lunch hour and get your taekwondo training done during the day!
